Peak periods, public holidays and Hunter Valley events may require a minimum weekend stay and full occupancy.
Booking Confirmation
A deposit of 50% is payable by credit card to secure your booking, with the remaining balance payable on arrival.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancell your booking we ask that you contact us at your earliest convenience.
Cancellations made outside of 90 days of the booking start date will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking rate.
Cancellations made within 90 days of the booking start date will be charged the total booking rate.
Exceptions apply to cancellation policy if the cottage is rebooked. The quantium of refund will be determined by the new booking.
